The Peachy Pulse – August 2025: Mid-Month Check-In

Have no fear, the Peachy Pulse is here. Okay, okay — three days late. But cut me some slack, your boy’s been working working. The grind’s been real these past few days with new inventory going up and larger jobs rolling in.

Revenue Heat Check
We’re halfway through August sitting at ~$18K in revenue, which puts us at about 64% of the $28K goal.

Margins have been excellent — gross margin near 96% and net income at ~83%. Lean labor, light vehicle costs, and ads under 2% of revenue. In other words, each job has been profitable… we just need more of them.

Biggest Challenge
Vacation was a blessing and a headache. Taking calls abroad with shaky Wi-Fi is not the recipe for smooth operations. On top of that, turning down jobs while out of the country stung a bit — especially with a stretch goal on the line.

Lesson learned: Vacations are non-negotiable, but timing and systems have to be sharper.

• Revenue: ~18K so far

• Net Income: ~15K

• Ads + Social Spend: ~2% of revenue

What’s Ahead
To close the ~$10K gap, the second half of August will mean:

• Saying yes to more last-minute jobs (even if messy).

• Prioritizing customer site visits to keep the pipeline hot.

• Pushing harder toward the $28K goal despite a lighter calendar.
