Creeping around in people’s yards before sunrise and pretending it’s totally normal
Before the Sun Came Up
Today started off with a little stealth mission. I had two last-minute drop-offs left over from yesterday’s events, and I took care of them before the sun was even up. Technically, both clients knew I was coming and had agreed, but there’s still something nerve-racking about walking into someone’s yard in the dark.
Inbox Zero (Kind Of)
Once the adrenaline of my morning delivery adventures wore off, I got back into normal mode—emails and quotes. Nothing glamorous, but the kind of stuff that keeps the wheels turning. A few quotes went out the door, which always feels like progress.
Mid-Month Check-In
Since it’s the 20th, that means it’s officially time for my mid-month check-in. That’s my personal accountability moment where I review how things are going—bookings, systems, sanity level, all of it. It’s less about “rah-rah goals” and more about making sure I’m not just running in circles. Stay tuned, I’ll have more to say on that later.
Until next time
