September 18, 2025 – Daily Recap

Easy jobs, heavy planning

This was one of those days that looked light on paper but ended up being jam-packed once you factored in everything swirling behind the scenes. The rentals were straightforward, but my brain was doing the heavy lifting.

Morning with the Bots
The day kicked off with a meeting about AI voice bots and email marketing campaigns. Let me tell you—it was a jampacked session. I swear, every time I think I’m caught up, someone’s got a new way to automate a customer interaction or make my inbox feel alive. Cool stuff, but definitely a lot to chew on!

Two Solo Drops
Once the tech talk wrapped, it was time to get moving. First stop: 10 tables and 35 chairs. Simple garage drop-off, in and out. My electric dolly made it feel like light work.

Second stop was 8 cocktail tables. This one was more in the city, so I couldn’t sneak up a driveway. No worries, just a little extra walk. Another smooth delivery—days like this make me appreciate the easy ones.

Warehouse Reset
Back at the warehouse, it wasn’t time to kick my feet up just yet. With my wife out of town and the kids busy with school activities tomorrow, efficiency had to be the name of the game.

I loaded up the truck, mapped my route, and dialed in the logistics so tomorrow’s chaos doesn’t feel like, well, chaos. Planning might not be glamorous, but it’s what keeps the wheels from falling off—literally and figuratively.
