Dance Floor Pickup
Just one job on the books today—swinging by the nursing home to pick up the dance floor I dropped off yesterday. It couldn’t have gone smoother. The only delay was waiting a few extra minutes for the guy with the keys to let me into the space. Otherwise, I’d have been out of there in under 30 minutes.

The best part? No visible damage to the flooring from being left exposed outdoors. Add in the rush fees and portage fees, and this one landed at about an 89% margin. Not too shabby for a quick turnaround.

Warehouse Grind + Admin Mode
Once the pickup was done, it was back to the warehouse. I unpacked and put away the dance floor, pulled and prepped some orders for tomorrow and Friday, and then settled into admin tasks. Quotes, emails, phone calls—you know, the usual behind-the-scenes stuff that keeps everything moving. Not flashy, but it’s the engine that makes the whole operation run.
