November 27, 2025 – Daily Recap

Thanksgiving hit right on time this year. No job sites, no concrete blocks waiting to test my back, no tents fighting me in the wind. Just a slow, gentle day at home — the kind I forget I need until it finally shows up.

A Much-Needed Pause
I spent the day with family, which already puts this Thursday in the win column. No early alarms, no truck to load, no last-minute clients calling with “just one more thing.” It felt good to breathe a little.

Of course, I still found myself casually checking in on things — browsing the internet, looking at web traffic, ordering a few little items, clearing out some emails. I even found myself fixing some inventory packages in Goodshuffle. Nothing heavy, just light touches to keep the business humming.

But overall? Work took a back seat today, and I didn’t fight it.

Tomorrow? Back to the grind.
Today? Just peace.
