November 13, 2025 – Daily Recap

Today was a mixed bag — busy enough to feel active, but not productive enough to feel accomplished. I didn’t make it into the warehouse, but that didn’t mean I wasn’t working. Most of the day was spent glued to conversations, screens, and ideas that felt promising in the moment but somehow ended up just spinning in circles.

Marketing in the Weeds

The morning kicked off with a deep dive into marketing — reviewing campaign results, discussing contact forms, planning the next round of ads. I love this side of the business, but it’s easy to lose half a day tweaking tiny details when it’s not my area of expertise. At some point, I’ll need to hand this off… but not just yet.

The Landing Page That Never Was

In the spirit of “staying productive,” I spent a chunk of time building a landing page for a new offering. Hours later, it sat unpublished — a perfect example of how easy it is to get caught up in busy work. It’s funny how we chase the illusion of progress when the real work is slower and harder to measure.

Leads, but Not the Right Ones

On the bright side, leads were flowing today — a welcome change after the recent drought. Unfortunately, they weren’t the best fits. Still, I’ll take a full inbox over an empty one any day. Between calls and inquiries, it was tough to focus on one task for long, but at least the energy felt alive again.
