I had a plan today: start at the warehouse, send a few follow-up emails, make some calls, and grab a few things for an event tonight. Didn’t happen in that order. Instead, I spent the first half of the day working from home. And honestly? It was busy. I don’t know how I ever did this part-time—following up on leads is definitely a full-time job if you want to do it right!

Yet Another Networking Event

Once I got to a good stopping point, I dropped by the warehouse to grab some cocktail tables for (yep) another networking event. But here’s the thing—I’m actually enjoying being more extroverted. Normally, a rainy day and a free event would have been my perfect excuse to skip. But I showed up, and I’m so glad I did!

This event was packed with wedding industry vendors. I’m still not sure if I want to go all-in on weddings, but I’m definitely not turning them away. And these connections? They could be great referral partners—both ways.
