Admin Day Grind
Today was blissfully delivery-free — a rare treat this month. I stayed home most of the morning knocking out admin tasks, running through emails, tweaking my ad campaigns, and sending follow-ups to quotes that had gone silent. The calendar for June and July is looking painfully light, so I’m pulling every lever I can to hit that $15K goal for June.

Errand Runs
Ran up to BJ’s to grab a few more round tables for an upcoming job (because, of course, we never have just enough). Picked up sports drinks and snacks for the team, then swung by Harbor Freight for a couple more furniture dollies — my go-to for keeping the chair stacks under control.

Warehouse Prep
Wrapped up the day at the warehouse staging weekend orders. I’ve got several jobs lined up that need our wood grain resin chairs (which, naturally, are still boxed up). Plus, chairs are scattered everywhere and need cleaning. Just a solid day of tightening up the space and making sure we’re ready to roll.

Closing Thoughts
It’s wild how quickly the panic sets in when the calendar dips — but the effort today was all about laying groundwork to bring in those summer bookings. The work’s not glamorous, but it’s necessary. Let’s see what shakes loose.
