One delivery, one webinar, and one step closer to goal

Setting Boundaries — Gently
Only one delivery scheduled today: a straightforward tables and chairs drop-off — or so I thought. Turns out everything was headed downstairs into a backyard. Normally, I’d just bend and do it. But this time, I let the client know:

“Our delivery policy covers ground level only — no stairs or steps. That said, I’m happy to help you get it done.”

And surprisingly? It went over really well. They had a guy on-site to assist, I pitched in, and we knocked it out quickly. Plus a $20 tip for good measure.

Webinar + Warehouse Grind
Back at the warehouse, I joined a Goodshuffle webinar focused on dispatching tools. Took away a few good nuggets I want to implement — anything to streamline these upcoming busy days.

Also spent time pulling and prepping orders for tomorrow. It’s going to be a full one, and I want to hit the ground running.

Maybe, Just Maybe…
While juggling calls and requests, I locked in a last-minute booking that might just push us over the goal for the month. TBD. But it's within reach.
