June 26, 2025 - Daily Recap

Today started… slowly. I pulled into the warehouse lot and instead of hopping out ready to conquer the day, I shut off the engine and took a nap right there in the front seat. A quick 10-minute reset — cut short only because the Peachy Party bat phone rang through my car speakers. Otherwise, I might still be there.

Prep Mode Engaged

Once I shook off the grogginess, the day picked up. Most of my time was spent prepping for tomorrow’s deliveries — it’s a full one, thankfully. Got about 95% of the truck packed, so we’re lined up for a fast launch in the morning. Fingers crossed we dodge the rain.

Leveling Up with CRM

Also had a great meeting with a former colleague who’s helping me lay the foundation for proper CRM, email flows, and text marketing. I knew this was a gap, but I didn’t realize how much opportunity I was missing. Definitely lit a spark. I’ve been winging a lot of things — now it’s time to plug a few systems in and actually build some traction.
