Only one thing on the calendar today — and with the kids waiting on a promised trip to the pool, I had to knock it out early. I headed out solo to pick up the fans we delivered to yesterday’s winery wedding.

• $0 in labor paid (solo mission)

✅ Actual Profit: ~$1,250 (~83%)

📏 Standardized Profit: ~$1,080 (~72%)

Margins were strong thanks to the weekend rates baked into this job. This one came together nicely, even if it was just a couple of fans and a long drive.

Once back at the warehouse, I cleaned and stored the gear, then double-checked the truck for tomorrow’s runs. There are a few longer trips ahead — so best to hit Monday prepped and caffeinated.
