July 9, 2025 – Daily Recap

Started slow, like real slow
After dropping the kids off, I came straight home, turned on CNBC…and took a nap. In the morning. That’s wild. It only lasted about 30 minutes before the notifications started popping off, but still — I felt like I’d been out cold for hours.

Lunch with Intentional
Met up with my new rep from Intentional Systems while he was in town for an ARA event. Kevin’s built a rental biz himself, so it was refreshing to talk shop with someone who’s been in the trenches. Good meeting and another solid connection to have in the mix.

Back at HQ, just moving the needle
Spent the rest of the day at the home office — answering a few inquiries, tweaking the website, and tightening up some ad campaigns. I’ve got a few jobs coming up that require a bit of creative thinking. Nothing groundbreaking, just laying some groundwork.
