Leads are up, but bookings are quiet
Inquiries were coming in hot today, mostly through organic search. A good sign. The only downside? Not many are converting just yet. The pipeline is warming up, though, and that’s something.

Warehouse day + Goodshuffle call
I spent most of the day at the warehouse and took a standing check-in call with my Goodshuffle success manager. Learned about a few tools and dashboards I hadn’t been using—some of which might actually help clean up my workflows.

AI integrations are happening
Also had another session with my colleague to continue building out our GoHighLevel integrations. We’re experimenting with AI chat bots and voice agents to see what parts of the quote and follow-up process we can automate. Slowly but surely, the plumbing is coming together.

Piddling around in peace
Truthfully, the rest of the day was a lot of light piddling in the warehouse. Yes, I could have been organizing more, but I’m 90% of the way there and it’s hard to force the last 10%. And if I’m being real—high ceilings are overrated. I want everything at ground level. Forklift life is not the vibe.
