Making Moves Before Takeoff

Two Jobs and a Plane to Catch
My main guy was back in action today — fresh off the injured list — and we hit the ground running. First stop: a 40-guest package setup in what might be the flattest backyard I’ve ever seen. Beautiful conditions, friendly homeowners, and a smooth install. This event isn’t until next weekend, but since I’d be out of town, I asked if we could set up early. They agreed, and I threw in free lights as a thank you. Everybody wins.

Quick Tent, Long Detour
The second job was a quick pop-up tent install. Normally, I don’t love leaving pop-ups up over the weekend, but I rolled the dice. The pathway was a little tricky and, as usual, that neighborhood’s layout had me circling a few extra blocks. Still, it was up and done in no time.

Vacation Mode: Activated (Almost)
Once everything was wrapped up, I headed home to finish prepping for my trip. Knocked out a couple admin tasks and noticed that requests were light today — perfect timing for some downtime.

Until next time
