Podcast Summit Takeaways
Today was spent at the Podcast Summit. Not directly tied to the event rental game, but trust me — there were gems. I know some of the folks behind this conference, and the content creation strategies shared are right in my improvement zone.

One highlight was hearing from a co-founder of Go HighLevel, the CRM platform I’ve been exploring. Hearing the origin story and real-world use cases gave me a better sense of how it could fit into our operations.

Immediate action items from the day: finally sign up for Eleven Labs and HeyGen. Both were already on my radar, but now they’ve been bumped to the top of the list.

Balancing Work & Learning
Even while soaking up conference knowledge, I stepped out between sessions to take calls and answer emails. I even purchased some inventory for an upcoming event. After the kids went down, I dove into reconciling accounts (yes, Im behind on my July recap) and finally made a dent in the inbox. Felt good to chip away at both worlds in one day.
