My main mission today was simply keeping the kids entertained and making sure the dreaded “I’m bored” didn’t echo through the house too many times. Mission mostly accomplished, though I may owe myself a nap tomorrow.

Business check-in
On the work front, things were super quiet — just one lone inquiry came in. It felt like the inbox took the day off too. But honestly, that gave me a chance to breathe and sneak in some family time without guilt.

Sneak peek at the numbers
Even though the day itself wasn’t wild, I couldn’t resist peeking at the monthly sales numbers. Spoiler alert: it looks like we hit our sales goal for August. That’s the kind of plot twist I like. I’ll be dropping a full monthly update soon, but for now, let’s just say we’re heading into September on a high note.
