Some days, it’s not about big moves — it’s about the little things that quietly stack up. Today was one of those days. Light on action, but still making sure everything keeps moving forward.

New TV Ready for Action
I got a delivery today for a 55" TV I promised to a customer who needed a rental. I unboxed it, plugged it in to make sure it works, and set it up on the TV stand that's also going out with the rental. Just want to make sure when I show up for the install, it looks like I know what I'm doing. (Fake it ‘til you make it, right?)

Small Jobs, Smooth Day
I had two jobs lined up today, both small. One was a 10x20 pop-up tent with some cocktail tables for a graduation party. The other was just tables and chairs for a neighborhood picnic. Both went smooth. The weather forecast looked a little shaky for a pop-up tent — I see one spec of rain and start panicking — but this customer was persistent. I went ahead and let them have their way.

Quiet Time at the Warehouse
After the deliveries, I came back to the warehouse to answer some emails and follow up with customers. I’m seriously considering making some changes to our prices and processes in light of how light May is looking. Nothing finalized yet, but it’s on my mind.
